We are not factory workers. We are artisans.

The food is slow food.

By hand mostly.

We do not use a churn.

We use the finest ingredients and we choose organic if possible.

Using a secret recipe, we combine cream, egg yolks, chocolate, liqueurs or spirits and selected add-ins.

We apply the same hand-made care and slow techniques to pavlovas.
